China begins construction of major offshore oil and gas project for Qatar

Construction of a major offshore oil and gas engineering project for Qatar’s Bul Hanine oilfield began on Monday in Qingdao, east China’s Shandong Province, according to Offshore Oil Engineering Co., Ltd (COOEC).
