Alibaba launches agentic AI tool to help SMEs expand

Alibaba.com, the firm's business-to-business arm, has launched its agentic artificial intelligence (AI) tool Accio in Thailand to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) expand exports, as demand from European and Southeast Asian buyers creates new opportunities for Thai suppliers.
