Foreign inflows return as oil firms, banks lift Vietnam's stock benchmark: Is a new uptrend emerging?

Vietnamese stocks rebounded strongly on Tuesday as money flowed back into oil and gas and banking shares, though analysts said more evidence is needed before declaring the start of a new uptrend.
