MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has yet to decide whether to suspend or reduce the excise tax on fuel even as Dubai crude oil prices reached the $80-per-barrel threshold for considering such a measure. Presidential Communications Office Undersecretary Claire Castro said on Wednesday that the Development Budget Coordination Committee (DBCC) had yet to submit its final evaluation or recommendation on the possible fuel tax adjustment.
