Zelenskyy: Territorial issue "cannot be resolved" without meeting between heads of state

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated on Sunday that the territorial issue at the heart of the conflict between Ukraine and Russia can only be resolved through meetings between heads of state.
