Dozens of Countries Agree on Document in Geneva Concerning 'Killer Robots'

A total of 128 countries participating in a framework regulating or banning weapons deemed indiscriminately injurious or excessively harmful agreed on Saturday to a document that could pave the way for international rules on autonomous weapons.
