Man exploits war to burglarize vacant homes and shops in Nabatieh

The fallout from the security situation in southern Lebanon did not stop at residents being forced away from their homes; the Internal Security Forces revealed another aspect of the crisis after a man took advantage of the absence of home and shop owners in the city of Nabatieh to commit a series of burglaries.
