Rabab Salah, the player's sister, confirmed the news on her social media accounts, attaching a photo of a baby hat with the name 'Leil' written in English. Neither Salah nor his family issued any statements explaining the choice. Once confirmed, the name turned into one of the most searched topics among social media users in Egypt within hours.
