Tunisian Court of Cassation Upholds Sentences in 'Conspiracy Case' and Exhausts Appeals
On Thursday, the Tunisian Court of Cassation ruled on the appeal in the state security conspiracy case, in which harsh sentences were handed down to around forty individuals, including opposition figures and lawyers. The opposition figures describe the case as politically motivated.
