Western pressure pushes Iran's nuclear file toward the Security Council

Diplomats said on Friday that the United States and its allies Britain, France, and Germany are pressuring other countries on the IAEA Board of Governors to pass a resolution next week referring Iran to the UN Security Council for the first time in 20 years.
