26,457 students to receive RM1,500 PTPTN upfront aid

KUALA LUMPUR: The National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) is offering Loan Advance Payment (WPP) worth RM1,500 each to 26,457 students, involving a total allocation of RM39.7 million.
