Gold prices in Pakistan increased on Thursday in line with their gain in the international market. In the local market, gold price per tola reached Rs465,236 after an increase of Rs11,200 during the day. Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at Rs398,864 after it accumulated Rs9,602, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA). On Wednesday, gold price per tola reached Rs454,036 after a decline of Rs11,300 during the day. The international rate of gold was up by $112 to reach $4,427 per ounce (with a premium of $20). Meanwhile, the price of silver also increased by Rs185 to reach Rs7,044 per tola.
