ISTANBUL: Two Turkish-flagged commercial vessels collided off Istanbul in the Sea of Marmara on Wednesday, the Istanbul governor’s office said. At least eight die, 17 missing after ferry capsizes off North Cyprus Coast guard ships and helicopters were dispatched to the scene for search and rescue, and there was no visible damage on one of the vessels, the governor’s office said, adding that authorities were unable to establish contact with 10 crew members on the other collided vessel.‑Reuters
