KARACHI: The Overseas Investors Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OICCI) has expressed deep sorrow over the devastating flash floods in Nepal, saying the tragedy should serve as a stark reminder for Pakistan to accelerate investment in climate resilience, early-warning systems and disaster preparedness.
