Under UN Auspices.. Political Agreement Signed in Libya Paving the Way for "Inclusive and Credible Elections"

At the UN mission headquarters in the Libyan capital and in the presence of UN Envoy Hanna Tetteh, representatives from eastern and western authorities in Libya ratified an agreement on Sunday in Tripoli under UN auspices, presented as a step toward holding "inclusive and credible elections" in the country governed by dual administrations.
