Spanish Prime Minister Sánchez Denies Morocco's Responsibility for Migrant Influx into Ceuta

Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez stated on Monday that Moroccan authorities bore no responsibility for the sudden influx of migrants into the Spanish enclave of Ceuta a month ago, pledging an additional €168 million in aid to address the economic fallout of the crisis.
