Hyundai E&C’s Hillstate Yangsan The Sky is drawing growing interest from homebuyers as apartment prices in Yangsan, South Gyeongsang Province, show early signs of recovery, while planned rail links are expected to improve connections to Busan and Ulsan. The development, located in the city’s Mulgeum area, comes to market at a time when newly built housing remains relatively limited in the area, a mature residential district with established schools, retail and public facilities, as well as access to Busan. An 84-square-meter unit in the neighborhood sold for 564 million won ($408,500) earlier this month, up about 81 million won from February, according to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. Transportation improvements are also expected to support the area’s appeal. The 11.43-kilometer Yangsan subway line is targeted to open in December, while a metropolitan rail line linking Ulsan, Yangsan and Busan is targeted for completion in 2031.
