Drones Strike Ozon and DNS Logistics Hubs in Rostov
Ukraine launched an overnight drone attack on Russia’s Rostov region on Aug. 29, striking a logistics center belonging to e-commerce giant Ozon, and warehouses owned by electronics retailer DNS. The strikes, which sparked fires at both commercial facilities, coincide with Rostov Governor Yury Slyusar’s declaration of a regional state of emergency. The decree, retroactively effective from July 10, 2026, cites severe economic disruptions and agricultural pile-ups caused by Armed Forces of Ukraine attacks halting Azov-Black Sea shipping.
