Peso closes at new all-time low of 62.265 per dollar

MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine peso fell to a record low, breaching the 62-per-dollar level for the first time amid the US dollar’s bullish run. The currency weakened 37.7 centavos to close at 62.265 per dollar Friday, according to Bankers Association of the Philippines data. It surpassed the previous record-low close of 61.888 set in the
