Lyssna: Two charged after cargo ship accident off Tjörn The Swedish Prosecution Authority has brought charges against two people for causing another person's death, causing bodily harm and negligence in maritime traffic in connection with a shipping collision near Tjörn off the west coast of Sweden. Two people died and two people were injured in the accident on July 28. The defendants are the captain of the Norwegian cargo ship that was in collision with a recreational boat and the officer of the watch who was on duty at the time. Both deny the charges.
