Finland to Manufacture Drones for Ukraine and Europe

Ukrainian and Finnish defense companies have signed agreements to develop and manufacture drones in Finland for both Ukrainian and European needs. President Volodymyr Zelensky announced the partnership on Aug. 23 following a roundtable with Finnish President Alexander Stubb in Kyiv. The agreements cover aerial drones, maritime uncrewed systems, and the creation of a joint venture for ground robotic complexes, aiming to combine Ukrainian combat experience with Finnish technology.

فنلندا تتجه لتصنيع طائرات مسيّرة لأوكرانيا وأوروبا

وقّعت شركات دفاع أوكرانية وفنلندية اتفاقيات لتطوير وتصنيع طائرات مسيّرة في فنلندا لتلبية الاحتياجات الأوكرانية والأوروبية. وأعلن الرئيس فولوديمير زيلينسكي عن هذه الشراكة في 23 أغسطس في أعقاب طاولة مستديرة مع الرئيس الفنلندي ألكسندر ستوب في كييف. وتغطي الاتفاقيات الطائرات المسيرة والأنظمة البحرية غير المأهولة، إضافة إلى إنشاء مشروع مشترك للمجمعات الروبوتية الأرضية، بهدف دمج الخبرة القتالية الأوكرانية بالتكنولوجيا الفنلندية.
